AMIT TV (0192) Another of the fine concert DVD’s produced by RCJS. From Rotterdam in the Netherlands, we see the first of two great concerts played here in the 1st week of June of 1996. It was the 31st concert of the tour, and the taper filming from the close to the front row to the right of the stage captured a great view with nice close-ups of Mark & the band (96-ers). Audio & video (maybe best from this period) quality is very good, so it was unfortunate that we only see the show from just after Romeo & Juliet, which historically ends around 55 minutes into the set. Great to see, the rocking ad-lib at the end of ‘cannibals’ leading into an excellent version of ‘Telegraph road with a very melodic intro to the final solo’.
