Tioga County Contra Dance takes place each month (excluding summer season) on a random Sunday from 2-5PM depending on the church location, but mostly St. Paul's Episcopal Church in Owego, NY. Band/Musicians Performing: Rosetree - Amy Sharpiro (violin and nyckelharpa "keyed fiddle")Allen Lutins (guitar) Dance Caller: Katy Heine Location: St. Paul's Episcopal Church (Owego, NY) This event is made possible by a community regrant from the New York State Council on the Arts, with the support of the Office of the Governor and the New York State Legislature; it is administered regionally by the ARTS Council of the Southern Finger Lakes.
