Kuhner also learned live on the air that there was an attempted break-in at the Foley’s home after the vigil. The event unfolded peacefully despite credible death threats, attempted Antifa disruptions, and unprecedented police presence, transforming anxiety into a display of unity, faith, and patriotism. Democrats, Independents, and Republicans alike were invited to unite and pray for Kirk’s legacy of faith, free speech, and national healing. The event featured songs, prayers, poems, speeches, and a candlelit procession from the base of the MA Shaw 54th Regiment Memorial, up the Boston Common grand staircase to the State House, where a memorial of signs, flowers, messages, and prayers formed on the steps. One speaker declared, “I look out and see thousands of Charlie Kirks,” a poignant tribute to Kirk’s legacy of bold advocacy for conservative values and American and spiritual renewal. The spontaneous speeches resounded with the message that, united in “faith over fear” Kirk’s good works will continue. Amid the relentless whir of overhead helicopters and drones providing live coverage, voices rose in unity, undeterred by the chaos. The crowd’s energy drowned out attempts at disruption from Antifa counter-protesters, who shouted into megaphones and banged on objects to increase the noise level. Due to Kirk’s public assassination and death threats against the vigil organizers, security was paramount. With Foley and others alerting the Boston Police Department, the BP commissioner, FBI and U.S. Attorney’s Office, the police presence was dramatically heightened. Boston PD bolstered officers, blocked roads to create a perimeter of protection for attendees, while a half dozen manned paddy wagons stood by. The FBI and Boston Police are reportedly taking these threats very seriously, some of which have been traced by authorities to a “local disruptive group.” According to Foley, post-vigil threats have intensified and protecting his wife is his priority. After abruptly leaving the Boston common under increasing threats, the couple rushed home, leaving equipment behind. Co-organizer Shawn Nelson arrived soon after with their event gear. Foley’s earlier arrival could have foiled what he believes was an attempted break-in by Antifa militants. According to authorities, Foley is on Antifa’s “list” for being an activist they want to stop, while Brian wants them on a list to be watched and stopped. Underscoring the severity of the threat, “Boston’s Bulldozer” Kuhner said, “Now you know why Trump designated them a terrorist organization.” Kuhner Report callers echoed that “Charlie Kirk was martyred, not murdered...He sacrificed himself for our good…He was one of the greatest civil rights leaders ever.” A sign at the vigil read, “Jesus died for our sins, while Charlie died for our voice.” “There can be no peaceful coexistence with Antifa,” said the popular morning drive radio host who also expressed frustration with infighting: “I am so sick and tired of us eating our own in this party. It’s ridiculous.
