I'd say this is a liquid, psychedelic painting, moving and evolving with the sounds of the music... Song 'Mulholland Jungle' is from EP 'Lucid Dreaming'. I chose the EP title because I want you - as a listener - to be drawn into the strange dream of the music, while remaining awake in this world. With this song, I didn't try to follow a neat, predetermined song structure, but followed the inspiration where the music took me. When I had the first part with the violin in place, I "heard" the beat of the second part in my imagination, somewhere in the distance from which I made the 'second beat part'. After that I stumbled onto a new part with the melodic strings, which tied it all together... SONG TITLE David Lynch made "Mulholland Drive" in this way: he followed his subconscious, his instincts to dictate the flow of the film.
