Gift your units to a CS and then buy them back after they've been upgraded! The Coffee House is an excellent building that comes a little late, but makes a Windmill a must-build rather than a never-build. Leaning Tower bonus and effectively a 2nd workshop in every city? Yes Please! The game yields 5 city Tradition lands, but swiftly goes awry when we get 3v1'ed in the early game!
