To find Mister Freeze in Batman: Arkham City during the mission to locate him in the GCPD (Gotham City Police Department), follow these steps: Enter the GCPD Building: Head towards the GCPD building located in the northeast section of Arkham City. Once there, use Batman's tools to enter through the main entrance. Beware of any guards or thugs outside the building. Use Detective Mode: Once inside, activate Detective Mode (by pressing the appropriate button for your platform) to spot armed enemies patrolling the main hall. Carefully take them down using stealth tactics. Access the Cold Room: After clearing out the enemies, make your way to the large door at the back of the main hall. This leads to the Cold Room where Mister Freeze is being held. Find the Inaccessible Door: You'll notice the door to the Cold Room is blocked by ice. Look for a ventilation shaft above the door. Use the Batclaw or Grapnel Gun to open the vent and climb through it. Locate Mister Freeze: After going through the vents, you'll find Mister Freeze in the Cold Room.
