Delicious Chicken Muffins Recipe 🍗🧀 Crispy on the outside, soft and cheesy on the inside 😋😋 these chicken muffins are perfect for a quick snack or a tasty meal. 🍽️ Easy to make at home 🍴 🔹Ingredients: _ Onion _ Chicken breast _ Red bell pepper _ Green onions _ Parsley _ Salt and black pepper _ Phyllo dough sheets _ garlic 🔹Ingredients for the filling: _ Eggs _ Cream _ Mozzarella cheese _ parsley 📢 Recipe: Pour oil into the pan. Sauté the onion. Add the chopped chicken breast Add garlic purée.& black pepper & salt Add red bell pepper &green onion &parsley Cook until the chicken and vegetables are tender. Beat the egg Whisk until creamy and fluffy. Add salt & cream & mozzarella Cut the phyllo dough sheets into squares: 7×7 cm for small muffins 10×10 cm for large muffins Make 4 small cuts around each sheet. Grease with oil. 3 to 5 sheets are enough for each muffin. Do not place the corners of each sheet on top of the previous layer. Fill the muffins with the chicken mixture. Top it with the egg mixture. Bake in the oven at 180°C for 10 minutes.
