This is a crash course final exam review session for Harvard’s Math 55 complex analysis unit by a former Harvard math major, with the goal to provide a fast-paced ride through the usual first semester complex analysis that comprises a little less than half the lectures in Math 55B. For a series of videos with a similar style as this video, check out my Navigating Linear Algebra series: • Navigating Linear Algebra I take time here to express my gratitude to my professors and friends from college, my family, and various authors of complex analysis textbooks I've explored whose impacts are evident throughout this video. In particular, some of these authors’ works are included as references below. I highly encourage you to check them out for so much more insights and mathematical storytelling! Elias Stein and Rami Shakarchi’s “Complex Analysis” Lars Ahlfors’s “Complex Analysis” Otto Forster’s “Lectures on Riemann Surfaces” Tristan Needham’s “Visual Complex Analysis” Rick Miranda’s “Algebraic Curves and Riemann Surfaces” Your support is always a source of encouragement that propels the channel forward.
