In this Maya tutorial series, I cover the entire process of how to animate a creature's run cycle from start to finish using the free Jurrasic World IRex dinosaur rig. In Part 1, we will begin blocking in the run cycle using a straight-ahead layered method, first by animating the main COG control and slowly adding more detail as we go.
