The buffalow presented with history that she was not coming into heat after parturition about four month ago. Farmer called us and we took the history and go on. Then i do rectal palpation so i came to know that there is infection of whole reproductive tract. The uterus size was increasd due to proliferation of pus cell into the reproductive tract cell. The horns was large enough so i administer intrauterine tubes into the them to eliminate the infection. I recommend the farmer to call me after few days so that i can repeat the procedure.
