Typically occurring in children, when bones and cartilage are still developing and the epiphyseal plates are still growing, especially during sports activities. This fracture involves the ACL pulling a part of the bone where it attaches to the top spine of the tibia. While some sports surgeons opt for an open technique to fix it, based on my experience, arthroscopic technique seems to be the best approach. Arthroscopic technique may seem a bit confusing, but it's incredibly beneficial for the patient. Muhammad Nouman about 18’year old: the pulled ACL end is captured and secured with fiber wire in a crossed shape, and the avulsed part is carefully repositioned. Before the procedure, the avulsed part is meticulously shaved with a shaver to ensure clarity and promote future growth. Rehabilitation was very crucial and regular.
