Setting up a LrC preset to apply copyright to your images is easy. In this video I'll walk you through setting up the pre-set; applying a copyright to a single or group of images; and setting up your "Import" process so that all your images are copyrighted upon Import. Step by step process to apply copyright to your work in LrC: • Set up Copyright Preset o Go to “Library” Module in LrC o Metadata  Preset • Edit Preset • Scroll down to IPTC Copyright o Option-C (Mac) or Control-Alt C (Windows)  © Your Name/Business  All Rights Reserved  Fill out as much info as you’d like  Save-As “New Preset Name” • Apply Copyright Preset to a single image in LrC o Go to any image and click on it o Right-side of screen, under “Metadata” find “Preset”. o Select the appropriate Copyright Preset. Done. • Apply Copyright Preset to multiple images in Lrc o Go to any group of images (Shift A to select all, or Control A each image desired) o Right-side of screen, under “Metadata” find “Preset”. o Select the appropriate Copyright Preset. Done. • To auto-copyright all images on import, in LrC: o Select “Import” o Right-side of screen under “Apply During Import” look for “Metadata”  Select the Copyright Preset you desire.
