It been a two year long efforts since the day I named this near decade long voyage, and have been blessed in so many ways. From growing in media talents to the beautiful connections I’ve made along the way. The “CONNECTIONS” that YOU’VE MADE during this ENTIRE Project, “INCLUDES” OUR People. From a Facebook follower when I shared a grant rejection letter.❤️‍🩹 In the months following OOOP’s non-profit status, I’ve endured heavy challenges in getting this mission launched. It’s tested my patience, resilience, abilities both spiritual and mentally, & tested my limits. Ive sought out grants, sponsorships, down to government jobs. Though this is a revolving door, I have exhausted my efforts to the point of taking a step back, for now! However, I realize that the health of this voyage may just be funded by the very thing that has kept me going all along: 🌊The spirit of the moana/Pacific Ocean🌊 I have partially entrusted in it these past several years. I’m ready to put ALL of my trust in it. This innocent voyage has turned into something bigger than me, that I humbly call a mission. After all, I could be ANYWHERE in the world! But not only do I feel true purpose and belonging in Oceania, I do feel that I’ve been called to serve and contribute to the beautiful people of Oceania. The people that have impacted me in beautiful ways.
