E3D Toolchanger - UPGRADES #02 - double PSU

Since over a year, I had planned to mount one more PSU into the Toolchanger. To do so, I’ll replace the rather big and loud generic PSU and replace it with 2 passive – and silent – PSU’s that are smaller in size, too. You may ask: “But why?” The answer is straight forward: For the #ASMBL-tool, that is build out of readily available model flight equipment, I need 12V to drive it. So a 12V PSU additionally to the 24V PSU in the ToolChanger is needed. Because of the experience with my #beta30 ToolChanger I knew, that these PSU are reliable and very easy to integrate into the electronics compartment. For the tutorials on the ToolChanger I need to do the electronics easy and safe.
