All Alone... in Montreal

I am ALL ALONE…. In MONTREAL. No partner, no family, just me. In this video I share the various activities I partake in, to manage the feelings of loneliness. I even end up pushing myself out of my comfort zone and conquering my fears on multiple occasions by attending special events and speaking French to strangers! Join along as I show you a glimpse of what I do while I am alone in Montreal. . . . Project Alaska is the culmination of years of dreaming about sharing my journey of seeking discomfort from societal, emotional, and physical limitations and finding my authentic life. My goal is to inspire individuals to take risks, get out of their comfort zone, chase their biggest dreams, find their true self, and be able to live the life they truly desire. I’ve concluded that I want to live my life always pushing myself out of my comfort zone, in accordance with nature, meeting new friends, building community, trying new hobbies, and fulfilling a slower living lifestyle that challenges me to be more present, break from societal pressures, and raise awareness of the subtle secrets that life has to offer. It is in this space that I hope to share my journey with seeking discomfort, as well as any insights, lessons, and special moments experienced along the way.
