ONE BC OF PS BINDAPUR AND WANTED IN A NIGHT BURGLARY CASE OF FARIDABAD ARRESTED

Dated: 13.08.2022 ONE BURGLAR ALONG WITH FIREARMS ARRESTED BY SPL STAFF, DWARKA DISTRICT • ONE BC OF PS BINDAPUR AND WANTED IN A NIGHT BURGLARY CASE OF FARIDABAD ARRESTED BY SPL STAFF. • ACCUSED ALONG WITH HIS ASSOCIATES LOOTED A MOBILE SHOP IN FARIDABAD IN YEAR 2021 AND WAS AT LARGE SINCE THEN. • 02 STOLEN MOTORCYCLES WERE RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION. • 01 COUNTRY-MADE PISTOL AND 02 LIVE CARTRIDGES WERE ALSO RECOVERED FROM HIS POSSESSION. • ACCUSED WAS PREVIOUSLY INVOLVED IN 17 CASES OF BURGLARY, THEFT, AND MV THEFT. • TOTAL 03 CASES OF THEFT AND BURGLARY WORKED OUT WITH HIS ARREST. A team of Police officials of Spl Staff, Dwarka District, led by Insp. Naveen Kumar comprising ASI Kartar, ASI Satpal, ASI Bachoo, HC Rajkumar, and HC Jagdish under the overall supervision of Sh. Ram Avtar, ACP/Ops Dwarka, has done a commendable job by arresting one BC who was wanted in a burglary case with the recovery of two stolen motorcycle, one country-made pistol, and two live cartridges.  OPERATION AND ARREST- As directed by Worthy DCP/Dwarka the team of Spl Staff, Dwarka was motivated and sensitized to develop intelligence and information, regarding wanted and leftover criminals. The team started making coordination with interstate staff in this regards. Secret informers were also roped in the area to get any clue in this regards. In this regard information was received from Faridabad Police regarding one person namely Rajkumar R/o Bindapur is wanted in a night burglary case of their district. From the initial information, it was revealed that Rajkumar is a BC of PS Bindapur and residing here and there to refrain from Police. On 10/8/22, specific information was received regarding the movement of wanted Rajkumar who will come to meet someone at Peer Baba, Bindapur on a stolen motorcycle. On the basis of technical and manual surveillance a trap was laid down, and one person was seen coming on a motorcycle. On seeing the police team he tried to escape but with the sincere efforts of the team accused person was apprehended along with motorcycle. During interrogation, he disclosed his identity as Rajkumar R/o Near Holy Chowk, Bindapur, Delhi Age 32 years. During frisking, one country-made pistol and 02 live cartridges were recovered from his possession. On verification, the motorcycle was found to be stolen. Accordingly, a case vide FIR No. 581/22 U/s 25 Arms Act was registered at PS Bindapur. One more stolen motorcycle was also recovered at his instance. On detailed interrogation he disclosed about his involvement in night burglary case of Faridabad. Further, he disclosed that in the year 2021 he along with his relatives had committed a Burglary in the area of Faridabad. They had looted a mobile shop. Some accused had been arrested in that case but he managed to escape. He was at large since then.  ACCUSED ARRESTED- • Rajkumar R/o Near Holy Chowk, Bindapur, Delhi Age 32 years.
