My First Impressions of Kandy - Sri Lanka Shocked Me 🇱🇰

Today is my first time in Kandy, the second biggest city in Sri Lanka. My first impressions of Kandy were positive, as I woke up above the city with a great view of the mountains and downtown. I then made my way down the hill to do some sightseeing. Visiting Kandy as a foreigner is an incredible experience, as the locals are friendly, there's a lot to see and the weather is nicer than during my first time in Colombo. I visited Sri Dalada Maligawa, also known as the Temple of the Tooth Relic. This place cannot be missed when you visit Sri Lanka. Kandy is also incredibly cheap, which was a nice surprise!
