Making a song using only Indian instruments (Native Instruments Komplete India)

Making a song from scratch in Ableton Live using only instruments from the Native Instruments India Discovery Series Kontakt sample pack which comes with Komplete. This is a collection of various instruments from India including the Sitar, Harmonium, Tabla and others. I don't make Indian music cause I'm not very familiar with that genre (although I have listened to a bit of it), so the music is more Balkan-inspired which is where I'm from.
