I planned to combine Kagoshima and Ibusuki in one episode, but then, I don't want to make it too long, so I separated them. (Episode 12 Kagoshima) In this episode, I visited several places, although not all of them are worth visiting, I'll show and 👍🏻/👎🏻 them one by one as follows; -IBUTAMA Train 👍🏻 Cause I love special trains, lovely souvenirs & free postcard. -Lake Unagi 👎🏻 Nothing there except the lake. -Unagi Steam Cooking - Check opening hours ! -Former Yamagawa Salt Factory 👎🏻 it's gone. -Takeyama Shrine 👎🏻 Dilapidated. -Ryugu Shrine 👍🏻 Simple but nice Shrine along the coast. -Cape Nagasakibana 👍🏻 Nice seaview. -Nishi Oyama Sta. 👍🏻 Southernmost Japan train Sta. + Volcano view -Kawakami Shrine - can't find it -Tosenkyo Flow Noodle - Check opening hours ! -Lake Ikeda 👎🏻 Nothing there but a Cafe. -Golden Torii 👍🏻 Golden Torii gate and Dragon statues are nice + Fish feeding. -Sakura Sand Bath Hall 👍🏻 should try out its Hot Sand bath I rented a car again in Ibusuki and I still think it's a good idea to do so. The reasons behind are: 1 Ibusuki is not a Metropolitan city, bus schedules might be infrequent. 2 I'll be furious if I take an hour bus to a spot, then find out it's abandoned.
