Sustainability has been an often-mentioned goal of more and more businesses, nonprofits, and governments. However, measuring the degree to which an organization is being sustainable can be difficult. John Elkington, the famed British management consultant, and sustainability guru, strove to measure sustainability by encompassing a new framework to measure performance in corporate America.
