In which I fumble inputting commands so bad you'd imagine I was playing asleep, and still somehow mop the floor with the boss. Boiling lizard is a gigantic meme, not only can you start with a preemptive but half of its moveset is entirely predictable and easily counterable, maybe I should've done the buffed version for spice... nah. Now let's talk subclasses since I forgot to show the points I assigned to subclass skills, go me. the front row (including House, who was benched in favor of Kib for this fight) is entirely dancers, they all have maxed trick samba and sword dance though I haven't used the latter, this is just the best way I found to boost the damage of our heavy strike spammers. Foreman meanwhile is a fortress, which makes sense since he's always carried the ally shield, though it didn't come in very useful in this fight in lieu of actual healing, good when exploring though. Chase is the single most incompetent arcanist ever, I've fed him all my luck books and I still can't get him to inflict, at least circle boon, dismiss heal and the debuffs exist, I'll try shoving more luck boosts into him (as well as ailment boost when I unlock mastery skills) to see if something works, if not then oh well I guess we're resting.
