SERVES: 10 Small Cupcakes/Muffins INGREDIENTS: 1/4 Cup Curd (दही) 1/4 Cup Milk (दूध) 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar (पीसी हुई चीनी) 1 Tbsp Oil (तेल) 1/4 Cup Khoya/Mava (खोया/मावा) 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Essence (वैनिला एसेंस) 2 Pinch Cardamom Powder (इलाइची पाउडर) 3/4 Cup All Purpose Flour (मैदा) 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) 1/8 Tsp Baking Soda (बेकिंग सोडा) BAKING INSTRUCTIONS: Kadhai/Cooker (No whistle & gasket): Preheat at medium flame for 10 min. Bake at medium flame for 5 min & then at low flame for 10-12 min. OTG/Convection: Preheat at 180°C for 10 min. Then bake for 13-15 min.
