A Look At The Nafplio Marina, Greece

Marina Nafplio is a large harbour, in the historical town of the same name, on the Aegean coast of the Peloponnese. The marina has 210 serviced berths for rent as well as basic maintenance facilities which include: a crane, service station for ships and nautical supplies. There is a bar and restaurant on site with sanitary facilities and car rental also available. Shops and other amenities are available in the town. The harbour is overlooked by the ruins of Palamidi Castle which was built by the Venetians during a period of occupation in the early 18th century. There are more Venetian ruins guarding the harbour itself, in the form of Castello di Toro, which stands in the harbour entrance and dates back to the 1470's.
