Video to show the Train Tech Smart Screen. You will see I have only quickly put screen in place for this demo. Still has the plastic over the screen for protection whilst I wait for the screen enclosure to be delivered. Due to the cost I have just purchased 2 of the screens and will have 1 hanging from the bridges at each of my stations. I am very happy with my purchase! I use Hornby RailMaster, before I had the elink and RailMaster I had the Hornby Select controller. It did take me a while to figure out how to be able to create my own messages on the screen using RailMaster. You have to add as a new loco and then set the F keys up. I have set so each F key is an on / off switch. Without setting as on / off clicking the appropriate F key to add a character would skip characters. So, F0 is Clock on / off, F1 is Move Cursor on / off, F2 is Move Cursor on / off, F3 / F4 are Choose Characters on / off, F5 is Upper/Lower Case on / off, etc, etc. Now setup it is very easy to create or edit messages. You can change the time between different messages displaying, I currently have it set at 15 seconds.
