full title - Bakusou Convoy Densetsu: Otoko Hanamichi America Roman / 爆走コンボイ伝説 男花道アメリカ浪漫 So I recently found a copy of the Japanese version of Big Mutha Truckers, a version I was very curious about, especially as it was rebranded to be a spinoff to the famed Bakusou Dekotora Densetsu series of games (with the title itself being almost identical to the then most recent entry, Otoko Hanamichi Yume Roman), and while I was aware that the game had been fully translated and dubbed, I had no idea that they'd actually added a totally new radio station, featuring what's pretty much the staple of Japanese trucking (and indeed of other titles of that sort), enka music. It's even hosted by some dude (CONVOY YAMAGUCHI [probably not his real name]) largely in English, very charmingly, and it's definitely not the kinda thing you imagine to be on Big Mutha Truckers, but it works so well somehow. Unfortunately the quality isn't the best, and it is a short station, but it is pretty much standard with all the other BMT radio stations, so it's not too surprising (there was only so much they could fit on a single CD, after all). This was recorded straight off of the game (via PCSX2); I looked into ripping it directly from the disc, but it's all under one single file that I sadly haven't found a way to extract yet. Enjoy what's probably one of the oddest and more amusing localization additions I've seen just yet. ...also I'm probably gonna get bopped by contentID but bah. lol Published by Empire Interactive (EU), THQ (US), Spike (JP) Developed by Eutechnyx Released in 2002 (EU), 2003 (US), 2004 (JP)
