Add in flour and baking powder. Fold it well. Add in oil and mix well. Grease the pan and place the butter paper. Pour the batter and bake it in an oven at 180 c for about 22-25 minutes. For The Frosting Strawberry whippy whip cream 300 gm Strawberry puree 120 gm White chocolate 100 gm Liquid strawberry cream 100 gm Fresh strawberries for garnish Method In a bowl beat strawberry whippy whip cream. Add in strawberry puree, mix well. Layer the cake and frost it properly. Beat together white chocolate and liquid strawberry cream. Once the ganache is ready, add it to the cake and spread well. Lastly garnish with fresh strawberries and serve. ------------------------------------------ BISCOFF SUNDAE Ingredients Biscuit spread 250 gm Whippy whip cream 150 gm Heavy cream 150 gm Vanilla sponge as required Biscuits for garnish Method Beat the whippy whip cream. Add in heavy cream and beat well. In the cup base add the vanilla sponge and add biscuit spread. Layer the second layer with cream batter and add biscuit spread on top. Lastly garnish with biscuits and serve.
