The evidentiary hearing on Tyler Robinson's motion to disqualify the Utah County Attorney's office from prosecuting him continues today. Previously, the defense began questioning County Attorney Jeff Gray; in addition to concluding his testimony, three other witnesses are expected to testify. I'm also expecting future hearings to be scheduled to address a number of outstanding defense motions and requests to seal those motions - as arguments over public access continues to dominate the litigation in the case.
