You simply can not rely on just lowering your calories to see fast results. Lowering your food intake significantly will come with consequences as well, and you can only lower your calories so much. I find it easier to add more activity, especially in the form of steps to burn off additional calories. 20k steps, 4-5 weight training sessions and as I approach towards the end of my cut, I add some incline treadmill as well. That being said, I feel way better doing this than just lowering my calories significantly.
