Hello beautiful. I love drinking this healthy tea daily. It’s so fresh and comes with some making healthy benefits. The proportion of ingredients used do make a difference in balancing the flavor. Here are the ingredients. Rinse all ingredients thoroughly. 1 small lemon. Trim off the ends and cut into 4 to 5 round slices. Remove the seeds. 1 garlic clove. Medium sized. Remove the skin. Smash slightly. 1 piece ginger. I use a size of ginger about 1/4 inch thick and approximately 2 inches length and width. I leave the skin on and slice into 5 or 6 pieces. 1 cup water plus 2 tablespoons. Method. Bring the water to a boil. As soon as it boils, turn off the stove. Add in the ginger, lemon slices and smashed garlic. Let the ingredients steep for 15 minutes. Stain and enjoy while still warm. Feel free to sweeten with a bit of honey, but honestly the sweetness isn’t necessary. The tea only has a very slight taste of the garlic with a perfect ginger and lemon flavor. I hope you love iit.
