We are days away from the new year and ARC Raiders is standing apart in the gaming scene. A fun and tense extraction shooter where other players could be friend or enemy. You don't know until you talk or take damage. It's a great game and a must play. Their version of a battle pass is called a deck. As of right now they are free. This unlocks new cosmetics and currency to purchase more cosmetics on from the shop. Seriously, I paid less than $20 US for this game. I have paid nothing since. All of the cosmetics I'm using were free or purchased with currency earned in game. You can buy stuff if you want but you can get cool stuff for free. All of the weapons you find you can take with you. You can craft stuff and create crazy custom loadouts that really make this game shine. In so many of these games, you don't really get much for your time out in the world, just anxiety. With ARC Raiders, that loot you get to keep. In sea of thieves, you trade your loot for currency. Here, if you find a cool trinket, that item will show up in the background of your Raiders bedroom. If you sell it, that item dissappeares from your home.
