I ran Heaton Parkrun in 20:11 and finished 31st. Just wow 250 Parkruns... Ian going to look good in green. Where do I go from here? Today is my personal best for the year. I finally completed the Stopwatch Bingo challenge. It literally took me years to complete this. It is great to catch up with everyone at this Parkrun. Someone said that they remember my first run. I do not doubt her. That was back when the event took place around Heaton Hall. I think the course was harder back then, maybe because the hill was at the end instead of the beginning. I used to run on the treadmill and my dad dared me run Parkrun or the Great Run Local events for practice. "The most valuable lessons in life cannot be taught, they must be experienced."
