Hi and welcome to my channel. Today's video I spend A Morning at Derwentwater near Keswick in the Lake District. I created this vlog about 3 years ago but chickened out and didn't publish! Now Ive reached 60 I thought its now of never for vloggin! so I posted my first Vlog couple of days ago @ • Lone Tree Rydal Water Fine Art Photog... and stated I would post this video in it. So this makes 2 and hope to improve as I go along. The video shows my work flow process over 3 different locations on Derwent Water near Keswick. Ive been capturing Landscapes for many years now and keep my process fairly simple using manual settings on the camera so I have total control. The only auto setting I use is auto focus as my eyes are struggling these days! The video will show you through my process capturing landscapes. Today's first image is the classic Derwent gate at Crow Park, which lends its self to a long exposure photography giving a fine Art feel to my images. From there I headed to Isthmus Bay to use the jetty as new foreground infront of Cat Bells shooting a long exposure to create my style of fine Art images. The last image of the day was taken at Friars Crag on the fore shore where I was treated to a great light show of the sun bursting through the clouds like a scene from War of the Worlds. Once again I had a foreground of 3 rocks with Castle Crag in the distance My main camera is the Nikon Z7 MK2 which is a great allrounder covering everything from Sports/Bird photography to Landscapes. The lens used is the Nikkor Z 24-200 lens. Thanks for watching my 2nd Vlog if you would like to see more of my vlogs please feel free to Like and Subscribe @PeteBristoPhoto that would be great!!.!
