The new Athearn Genesis MILW MP15AC - weathering alert!

The MP15AC was another odd locomotive that joined the Milwaukee Road during the decade before its bankruptcy. With 1500 horsepower, it could be used as either a switch engine or in a consist with other road power. Athearn Genesis has just released an excellent model of it, and this is what it looks and sounds like after I severely weathered it and adjusted some of the DCC CV's to my liking. The main changes I made were to get rid of directional headlights, map the rear headlight to F4, set the max speed to 30 MPH and map the brake function to F9. I made a big mistake on the weathering - I painted an alcohol-based india ink wash on it and the result was an unwanted white chalk effect.
