"Reading your comments in my previous video, I noticed some of you had trouble hearing me properly on the episode where I introduced Pineapple and Electus... So I've uploaded the same video without the music for your convenience to hear everything perfectly. IN 6 HOURS I WILL UPLOAD THE ACTUAL NEW VIDEO, So Stay Tuned :) " I've put this video together for you all to get a glimpse of why this lovely parrot is one of the most popular pet birds. There are 4 things that green cheek conures like to do which makes them stand out. And I have put these 4 behavioral characteristics to test! Watch the video to see the RESULTS... You Won't believe! Here's some extra information about green cheek conure's popularity: Green-cheeked conures are fun, personable, active, quiet and they can be the perfect companion for someone who wants the “large parrot experience” with less maintenance. These sweet birds enjoy lots of interactions and are social by nature; therefore can be really great family birds. They will frequently perform feats of acrobatics, swinging from toys and hanging upside down to reach a treat or to simply amuse their owners. A Green Cheek Conure is affectionate, playful and a big reason to why they are so popular is that they have the clownish personality and intelligence of a larger parrot without all the noise. Which also makes them a good choice for someone living in an apartment. There are cases that larger pet bird species like macaws, and cockatoos will bond with one human being, and may become aggressive to other family members, including kids. Luckily, a social green cheek conure will be friendly to the whole family and enjoy flying from shoulder to shoulder. You will know if a green cheek has already bonded with you when it starts to follow you around, interested in whatever you’re doing. A bonded bird will try to eat your food, tap-dance on your keyboard, and call to you when you’re absent. Your green cheek will imitate you – eating when you’re eating and bathe when you’re washing your hands, for instance. It's said that a Green Cheek Conure can be trained to go to the bathroom in special areas when it is free in the house. My conure has rarely ever made my clothes dirty cause whenever she is about to poo she flies away to do it somewhere else and then flies back to me. Which I find very amusing cause I never tried to potty train a bird. Anyways guys it took me a real long time to make this video and I tried to make it as entertaining as possible; So I Hope you enjoy the content and give my conure a LIKE! :) Info credits to: http://greencheekconure.net http://www.parrotsecrets.com https://www.petcha.com
