A show that somehow always escaped me and I can't even pin point why since that tour is one of my favourites overall. Just like in 1995, only parts of it made it to the broadcast and a ton of (partly unidentifiable) sources were pulled together to reconstruct the entire original concert. The quality of these in-between tapes ranged from rather bad to really good and was utilized to patch two songs that weren't aired in full and furthermore add four more that didn't make the broadcast in any form. The video was very dark and cleaned up massively before lifting some darker areas and layering it to counteract some of its artifacts. Furthermore, the main audio track was remastered and the others a bit tricket into fitting in. There was a very high metallic noise in the VHS tapes audio which usually comes from a cheaper VCR in the process (cut off frequencies). It's still very faint and can be noticed with headphoes I guess. The band was putting on a good show even though Jon's voice seems a bit strained for the era. The crowd is excpetionally excited which even goes a bit over the top since there's things flying towards band members a few times including something hitting Richie during the show.
