Mask pH 5 Small Batch for Short/Medium Length and/or Thin Hair 1/4 cup bentonite clay ( my source was Mountain Rose Herbs) 1 1/2 tablespoons coconut vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) 4 1/2 tablespoons oat milk (or water) 1/8 teaspoon - 1/2 tablespoon plant oil (optional - I used baobab oil, try walnut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil or other oil) Larger Batch For Long and/or Thick Hair 1/2 cup bentonite clay ( my source was Mountain Rose Herbs) 3 tablespoons coconut vinegar (or apple cider vinegar) 9 tablespoons oat milk (or water) 1/4 teaspoon - 1 tablespoon plant oil (optional - I used baobab oil, try walnut oil, sunflower oil, sesame oil or other oil) Combine all ingredients and mix until well hydrated and the desired consistency you want. How to Apply: Apply to damp hair. Spritz hair with water or hydrosol until damp. Part hair into sections, take some mask with your fingers and glide it onto the hair, from your roots to your ends. Apply mask onto your scalp and hair on the sides of your face. Option: Cover the hair with a shower cap to seal in moisture. Allow the mask to set on hair for about 20 - 30 minutes.
