This is a product that has taken a classic effect and has added the next evolution of the effect. The Crazy Man's Handcuffs effect has been around since the 1970's and has several updates however this release solves the challenge of the penetrating rubber bands only being able to uncouple but with this release you are able to begin the effect with the bands unlinked and link them and then unlink them.
