The AC703 acts as the core hub for data acquisition and conversion. After completing hardware wiring and basic parameter configuration, it first actively polls the connected Modbus RTU sensors, meters, and other slave devices. After the AC703 collects data via 485, this data is stored in real-time into a unified internal data mapping area of the device. Subsequently, based on the Center Settings, the data in the mapping area is packaged according to the specified protocol (e.g., MQTT or private protocol) and automatically sent to one or more target servers via the selected network path (4G or Ethernet). It also features a mechanism for caching data during network outages and prioritizing re-reporting after recovery (requires checking the 'Center Re-report' option), thereby achieving end-to-end data flow—from precise acquisition and reliable conversion to stable reporting—in complex industrial environments.
