This was the first time I really felt reluctant. Pulling a section of floor out of this truck wasn’t just metal work, it was a line in the sand. I'm working against project fatigue and trying not to go broke at the same time - it's a balancing act. In this episode, I start cutting into the rear of the truck — removing panels, mocking up frame sections, mapping cut lines, and finally pulling the first large section of floor. This is where the build starts gaining some momentum and I can picture the end state. This is all part of a full custom project truck build — frame, suspension, drivetrain, and interior. This build is meant to be driven, not trailered.
