es, at long-last I am taking on arguable the quintessential Australian sandwich, the Vegemite Sandwich. I’m fairly sure that despite some folks instructing me on how best to approach this others will chime in about how I am doing it wrong. It’s all good. My understanding is the Vegemite, if you grew up with it in Australia is a go-to sando. Oh, for those not familiar with it, Vegemite is a thick, barely spreadable concentrated yeast extract.
