This is a soothing 30 minute body scan meditation with gentle singing bowls for deep rest. The meditation involves guided breathing and a full body scan to help you deeply relax, calm and still your mind. You might like to use the meditation to nurture your body with some great quality non-sleep deep rest during the day or use it to help you fall into a really restoring sleep at night.
