This video uses 3D modelling to recreate the surroundings of one the latest Bukit Merah BTO site offered in Aug 2022 to give viewers a bird's eye view of the location and some of the amenities in the vicinity. Another site offered during this round of exercise in Bukit Merah is at Havelock Road (not in this video). This video initially appeared in May 2022 where this site was thought to be offered during that time, but somehow was pushed back to Aug 2022 due to unknown reason. The 3D room tour at the end is just a typical 3-Room BTO unit of recent times (where most of them are very similar less the bomb shelter's location) and does not reflect the actual layout of the current BTO offered since the official info is not yet released at the time of this video production.
