I WISH I knew this years ago because now, I understand that it's all about taking 1 thing at a time and making sure that you focus on the things that are ganna get you the outcome you want at the end of each set. 1. Making sure you don't focus on the timing of the set and not watching the clock 2. Focus on isolation at all times! Ensure you are seperating each and everyone of those natural lashes to make sure all lashes are healthy 3. Focus on 1 lash at a time. Try not to look too far at the bigger picture and get lost in how much you have left to do, that can be super discouraging. You want to work your way through the lash line step by step.
