Kamote Turon (Sweet Potato Roll) Ingredients ½ kilo boiled sweet potatoes, peeled and mashed 1 cup condensed milk 10 pcs. Lumpia wrapper Cooking oil Procedure: 1. Mash the sweet potatoes using fork if you don't have a masher. 2. Pour in condense milk. Mix well. 3. Place the filling on the lumpia wrapper. 4. Roll the wrapper half-way. Fold both sides in toward the center and then roll it. Continue until you finish all the filling. 5. Heat oil in a pan and fry the kamote turon. Flip over when it turns brown. 6.
