I've wanted to go to Hama-rikyu for a long time. I went there on June 12th. I was worried that it would be too shallow to enter, but the water was only 5m deep (at high tide) so it was no problem. It's in the middle of the city, but it was very quiet at night and there were no waves at all, so I was able to sleep well. Maybe next time I'll go during cherry blossom season.
