India has always been on the receiving end of Pakistan sponsored terrorism and major Indian cities were attacked in last three decades. Initially, Pakistan enabled its covert insurgency operation by sponsoring terror element in Punjab, then later shifted its attention in 1980’s on Kashmir conflict. Various insurgency group was formed by Pakistan like Jaish-e-Mohammed and were allowed to carry out group for the liberation of Kashmir only (Initially, not given mandate to carry out attack in India) but later in 1990’s new Faultline and new divide started to emerge in the Indian society and this Faultline were exploited by Pakistani intelligent agencies.
