Dinant in Belgium is a hidden gem most people drive past without noticing, hidden in a dip it's a beautiful stop and was the birth place of Adolf Sax, the inventor of the Saxophone and ultimately Jazz music. It was also home to the Leffe brewery and you can still visit Maison Leffe and sample their most most excellent beer...
