Three sessions in a day is a regular thing for the world's top triathletes. We joined Vincent, Jelle, Aaron and Vasco as they train in Girona for the upcoming ITU season. Starting the day with a tough Vo2 swim set, the first of the year, then out to turn the pedals before getting into a punchy run session in the evening.
