Eh, why not? Alrighty, so I initially didn't intend to post this 7" put out by Lumpy Rex earlier this year. The reasoning behind this was that this is essentially a re-release of their "Get In Line 4 Mental Decline" cassette, featuring the exact same recordings from that EP, save for two tracks ("Urotrip" and "Chromosome Damage"). By that logic, why bother re-posting the same thing twice? Well, see above for my answer to that question. As I mentioned before, this is a re-release of this two-man Western Massachusetts group's "Get In Line 4 Mental Decline" cassette, humbly pressed onto a wheel of wax to solicit money from punks that go ga-ga for this drum-machine hogwash. Don't think I'm disparaging these guys' fine work, there's some fantastic tunes to be found on this six-track-seven-incha; "I Don't Wanna Be Like Me" is one for the ages. If you haven't already checked out the original Urochromes vid I posted a while back (   • UROCHROMES - Get In Line 4 Mental Decline  ), consider this your proper first-encounter with this turtleneck-loving goosers. I probably fucked up in the recording process somehow, but seeing as I don't get paid for any of this, don't expect rigorous quality control from this melvin. Take the rip n' dip, chump.
