After 7 hours, put the dry piece curd in the bowl and add Sugar (Powdered), mix it with the curd properly. Then add Cardamom Powder, Nutmeg Powder, Saffron (soaked), again mix it properly (as shown in the video). Now add Almonds (chopped), & Pistachios (chopped), and your Elaichi Shrikhand is ready to be served.
